The data solution to curb the demands of the customers’ will afford a smile on the internet users, according to Airtel Tanzania Marketing Manager, Anethy Muga. The competition gets tougher by the day and the smart move will keep Airtel Tanzania on the limelight of the market in the country.
The telecom’s customers are in dire need of quality as well as efficiency and the product will be a huge boost to their cry. This will give the telecom’s ground to penetrate to green areas increasing their network too.
Citing reports from the Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority (TCRA), mobile penetration in the sub-Saharan country has recorded a 54 per cent rise in the past five years that has propelled the business competitiveness in the country. Telecom operators have incessantly worked to ensure the demands of the market are met, to maintain the customers’ expectations as well as lure more into their arena.
Internet users in Tanzania have also increased by 135 per cent over the last five years. Airtel aims at giving its customers better and more services so they can have the freedom to choose and get satisfaction.
