Halotel Telecom Company in Tanzania joined hands with Dr. Amon Mkoga Foundation  during Simama Kaa Desk campaign, to provide desks to students as supporting students is one of the Halotel initiatives to boost education in the country. This is accompanied by recognizing the government’s efforts of ensuring all schools have enough desks, therefore, Halotel provided desks and other school equipment’s to Majengo  Primary School in Tabora region.

“’By providing school desks, we are not only making them comfortable sitting, but also we are working for high literacy rate in the country also. No doubt the attendance in the classrooms will increase,” said Stella Pius Communication Officer for  Halotel.
