Nairobi, Kenya, November 8 — Safaricom (NSE: SCOM) has announced new Home Fibre packages that will combine mobile voice, mobile data, SMS and Home Fibre in one package. Known as Home Fibre Plus.
The new packages come at a time consumer preferences are shifting to a single solution that meets all their communication needs both at home and on the go.
This means that for a single fee, Safaricom Home Fibre customers can enjoy data connectivity, calls and SMS wherever they are.
“Three years ago, we began our Home Fibre journey in response to demand from our customers for fast, reliable and unlimited connectivity at home. With increasingly digital lifestyles, the needs of our customers have continued to evolve, hence our latest all-in-one offering that seeks to cater to their communication demands both in and out of the home,” said Sylvia Mulinge, Chief Customer Officer, Safaricom.

This partnership with Safaricom is just the beginning and we will continue to disrupt the industry so as to reach more people with our insurance solutions so they can live free,” said Winnie Njau, General Manager – General Insurance Business, Jubilee Insurance.
