Why your girls should learn poker, says a billionaire female fifinancier.

Jenny Just, co-founder of Peak6 Investments, built a fortune in options trading, a male-dominated business. Unchanged.
She says she was one of few women on the Chicago Board options Exchange floor in the early 1990s.
“It’s not wildly different today,” she said at the recent CNBC Disruptor 50 Summit.
She argues there are still too few women in finance and fintech, but they can be equal at allocating money.
Just doesn't look to the CBOE floor to prepare them for a professional environment stacked against them.
It's called poker. And it was by chance that she discovered the card game as a form of education for girls.
A few important lessons that poker can impart:1. Practice taking risk.2. Having a top-down strategy approach.3. Having a seat at the table and becoming confident in it.
