Nearly a month after Huawei gave us a chance to conduct a hands on with its Watch GT4 smartwatch series, the phone and wearable brand officially launched it with all the pomp, grandeur, and luxury that you’d expect from a luxury brand.

For the 46mm Watch GT4 line, pricing starts at RM1,099 for Black strap model, RM1,199 for Green and Brown Leather strap editions, and RM1,699 for the all-metal clasp style edition of the watch.

As for the 41mm lineup, starting prices are almost the same as the 46mm, in that the model with the black strap retails for RM1,099. For the white leather variant of the watch, it retails at an SRP of RM1,199, and lastly, the model with the metal clasp will retail for RM1,699.

As an extra added bonus to the festivities, Huawei also announced a special Watch Gold Ultimate Edition, which comes with all the trappings that you’d expect of the extravagant and luxury watch.

That luxury includes accents and trimmings of gold around the rim, along with a bespoke design and all-metal clasp. Price-wise, the watch will retail for RM13,999 and only 100 units will be up for sale when it goes on sale on 14 October.

Speaking of availability, both the 46mm and 41mm models of the Huawei Watch GT4 series are available for preorder starting from today until 13 October, while general availability will also start on 14 October.

Those who preorder any of the smartwatches between the preorder period will also be given free gifts worth up to RM580, including a FreeBuds SE 2, an EasyFit Fluoroelastometer Strap, a 1+1 Year Extended Warranty, three months screen protection, and a Limited Edition Watch Face.
