The trailer for the second season reveals that Loki has been slipping through time, and he and Mobius go on a journey to save the timeline, running into familiar faces like Sylvie and Ravonna Renslayer (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) along the way.
British actress Sophia Di Martino plays the female version of Loki Laufeyson who, in the comics, is referred to as Lady Loki.
The character was only added into the Marvel comics in 2008 when he took over a human body meant for fellow Asgardian Lady Sif. This moment marked the birth of Lady Loki.
It seems as the new season of Loki picks up, Mobius and Loki will work together to track down Kang variants through time in an effort to stop a multiversal war, potentially leading to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.
However, given that Loki has made a comeback with his own show and season two on the way, it's not impossible to see the two brothers reunite in some way or fashion, either in Loki or another Thor film
